1. Our services

VMan Tailor provides bespoke and made-to-order tailoring, including remote, hybrid, express, and executive tailoring services, along with consultations, measurements, and fittings in Ho Chi Minh City. Product images, descriptions, and turnaround times on the Website are guides and may vary based on your selections and requirements.

2. Bookings and appointments

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment details.
• Please arrive on time for scheduled fittings. Missed or late appointments may affect your delivery timeline.
• For hybrid and remote services, timelines depend on you completing consultations and measurements before your arrival.

3. Quotes, pricing, and payment

• Prices are confirmed in your quote or order. Fabrics, options, and customisations may change the final price.
• A deposit may be required to begin work on a bespoke order. Deposits secure your fabric, pattern, and production slot.
• Full payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. Card payments are handled by our payment providers.

4. Bespoke and custom orders

Our garments are made to your individual measurements and choices. Because each piece is custom made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and custom items are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where a garment is faulty or does not match the agreed specification. We will work with you on reasonable adjustments and alterations to achieve the intended fit.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, including measurements where you take them yourself under our guidance.
• Attend fittings and respond to requests so we can complete your garment on schedule.
• Inform us promptly of any concerns with fit or finish so we can address them.

6. Delivery and turnaround

Turnaround times, such as the 2 to 5 day hybrid service window, are estimates and depend on completed pre-arrival steps, fabric availability, and the complexity of your order. We will keep you informed of your expected completion date.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by VMan Tailor or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Third-party platforms

We communicate through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VMan Tailor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
